We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to lead our Dubai-based banking credit card sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of credit card sales executives.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for UAE banking products.

• Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and call quality.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE banking sales guidelines and quality standards.

• Prepare daily sales reports and performance updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in UAE/Dubai banking or international credit card sales.

• Prior experience as a Team Leader in a tele-sales process.

• Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.

• Ability to manage targets and deliver consistent results.

• Knowledge of UAE credit card products and sales procedures is preferred.
