We are looking for a Bpo Team Leader to join our team at Genericare Pharmacy Private Limited. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 and incentive upto 20000.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets
• Implement sales strategies to increase business
• Monitor daily calling and follow-ups
• Provide calling data and leads to the team
• Guide the team to improve sales performance
• Track team performance and prepare reports
• Pharma & Married Female Candidates Preferred
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
