  • Tracking Callers properly Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets

  • Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets

  • Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers

  • Performance review of callers on daily weekly monthly basis

  • Plan for absenteeism in the team and ensure smooth work flow
