Responsibilities:

•        Lead a team making sales calls and closing deals with members.

•        Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in all team calls.

•        Take ownership of achieving daily and monthly sales targets for the team, driving a culture of excellence and goal attainment.

•        Allocate telecalling lists/data strategically to optimize team efficiency.

•        Provide continuous feedback to team members, offering insights into progress reports and areas for improvement.

•        Conduct daily briefings before each shift to align the team with goals and expectations.

•        Reporting and Documentation:

•        Maintain various reports related to sales, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

•        Generate and submit daily reports promptly.

Competition Tracking:

•        Monitor and analyse performance metrics and industry schemes to stay informed and competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

•        Proven experience in sales leadership, demonstrating a track record of successful sales pitch closures.

•        Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•        Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

•        In-depth product knowledge and the ability to convey it persuasively.
