Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Off
Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position: Team Leader – Telesales

Salary

• Up to ₹35,000 CTC

• ₹27,000 In-Hand

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of telesales executives.

• Monitor daily team performance and target achievement.

• Prepare and manage team rosters and schedules.

• Handle shrinkage and attrition management.

• Manage weekly offs and team attendance.

• Motivate team members to improve productivity.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

• Ensure quality customer interactions and process compliance.

• Coordinate with management for team reporting and operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in any BPO (on paper).

• Experience in telesales or customer support process preferred.
