About the Role

Write4U is hiring an experienced Team Leader – Automobile Tele Sales to lead and manage a high-performing outbound sales team working on automobile campaigns.

We are looking for a result-oriented leader with strong expertise in automobile sales processes, outbound telesales operations, and team management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving sales performance, mentoring telecalling teams, and achieving aggressive sales and conversion targets in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of outbound automobile telesales executives.

 Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring consistent team performance.

 Monitor individual and team productivity, conversions, and overall sales performance.

 Coach and mentor team members on sales techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing skills.

 Conduct daily team huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.

 Ensure adherence to quality standards, sales processes, compliance guidelines, and operational KPIs.

 Analyze MIS reports and identify performance gaps with actionable improvement plans.

 Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing complex sales opportunities.

 Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Training, and HR teams to improve team effectiveness.

 Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce planning.

 Ensure optimum utilization of CRM, dialer systems, and reporting tools.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in an Outbound BPO Sales Process.

 Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing an Automobile Sales campaign within a BPO or contact center environment.

 Experience in handling campaigns related to:

1. Used Car Sales

2. Automobile Lead Generation

3. Vehicle Inspection

4. Car Buying/Selling

5. Auto Finance

6. Automotive Customer Acquisition

 Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding team sales targets.

 Experience in managing performance, coaching, and driving revenue-focused teams.

Educational Qualification

 Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).

 Additional certifications in Sales Management or Leadership will be an advantage.

Required Skills

 Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Deep understanding of outbound telesales operations.

 Strong knowledge of automobile sales processes and customer buying behaviour.

 Ability to motivate teams and improve sales conversions.
