We are looking for a Automobile Sales Executive to join our team at RV Automobiles, For Used Car Loan. The ideal candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan offering, and assisting with loan application processing. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers intersted in Used car loans.
Explain loan products, eligibilty criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer information.
Follow up with customers for documents collection and application status.
Maintain daily call logs and reports.
Meet daily and monthly targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience.
Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
Proven experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Punabi.
