Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers for car sales leads.
Explain car models, variants, features, pricing, and available offers clearly.
Strong knowledge of cars, pricing trends, finance options, and documentation is mandatory.
Handle customer queries related to price negotiation, comparisons, and availability.
Generate genuine customer interest and convince them to visit the showroom/store.
Achieve daily targets for calls made, connected calls, and qualified leads.
Convert interested prospects into confirmed walk-ins at stores.
Follow up with customers regularly until booking or closure.
Coordinate with showroom team for test drives, pricing approvals, and deal closure.
Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/sheets.
Work towards monthly targets for walk-ins, bookings, and final sales.
Required Skills:
