Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, pitching our automotive solutions, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification & Outreach: Connect with inbound and prospective leads via phone calls, emails, and messaging channels.

• Product Pitching: Understand potential customer requirements and present suitable vehicle solutions and services effectively.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, follow up consistently with prospective clients, and close deals.

• CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately update customer details, call logs, and deal stages in the system.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Operations and Field Sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and optimal customer onboarding.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Under Graduates / Graduates / Post Graduates / MBA (Marketing) / B.Voc. (Pursuing students with strong drive are also eligible).

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer handling. (Motivated freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).

• Technical Skills: Typing speed of 25–35 WPM with basic computer knowledge.

• Age Limit: 19 to 45 Years.

• Interview Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 06:30 PM
