Assistant Manager TL – Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring that team members meet their objectives.
• Utilize telesales experience to manage loan-related processes, including customer outreach, lead conversion, and addressing loan inquiries effectively.
• Handle customer escalations related to loan services promptly and ensure high-quality resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage high-priority issues by coordinating with relevant internal departments for swift resolution.
• Maintain and update daily MIS (Management Information System) reports to track team performance, loan escalations, telesales metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Encourage and influence team members by understanding their perspectives and building strong interpersonal relationships.
• Analyze individual and team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct periodic performance reviews to support continuous improvement.
• Prevent conflicts by establishing clear rules and responsibilities. Address and resolve disputes quickly and effectively.
• Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on targets, deadlines, client feedback, and escalation statuses.
• Assess team workload, reallocate resources as necessary, and ensure efficient task delegation to meet organizational goals.
