Core Duties:
Lead daily team operations: set targets, assign tasks, monitor performance.
Oversee telesales outreach, lead conversion, policy renewals, and customer inquiries.
Manage escalations related to insurance policies, claims, or renewals; coordinate with underwriting, claims, and compliance teams.
Maintain daily MIS metrics: premiums sold, conversion rates, escalations, customer inquiries, operational KPIs.
Motivate team through feedback, performance reviews, and goal-setting.
Prevent and resolve internal conflicts; define roles clearly.
Communicate updates on targets, deadlines, policy changes, feedback, and escalations.
Allocate resources efficiently across tasks and adjust workload dynamically.
Serve as escalation point for complex insurance issues needing cross-functional coordination.
