Key Responsibilities
➤Delegate Acquisition: Identify, reach out to, and acquire senior-level professionals to attend events through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
➤Lead Management: Manage the delegate pipeline effectively, ensuring all prospects are followed up in a timely manner.
➤Pitching: Communicate the value and benefits of attending the event to potential delegates.
➤Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective delegates to ensure their participation in future events.
➤Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on delegates.
➤Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve monthly and event-specific acquisition targets.
Qualifications
➤Bachelor’s degree.
➤Prior experience in events, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
➤Freshers with strong communication and a passion for events are encouraged to apply.
Key Skills Required
