Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily back office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with the sales team to support order processing and timely execution.

• Monitor reports, documentation, and operational records.

• Support marketing activities, including coordination with agencies, photoshoots, branding, and promotional campaigns.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.

• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and process efficiency.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and operational reports for management.

• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and other departments for smooth business operations.

• Monitor inventory, office assets, and administrative requirements.

• Ensure customer issues related to operations are resolved promptly.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
