Work Profile (Description):

1. Source potential Insurance Advisors through calls, references, databases, social media and other channels.

2. Screen and assess prospects based on eligibility, communication and suitability.

3. Explain the Advisor opportunity, earning potential, licensing process and business expectations.

4. Handle candidate queries and objections to build confidence and interest.

5. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into active Advisors.

6. Coordinate documentation, training, examination and licensing formalities.

7. Maintain accurate prospect and Advisor records, pipeline and follow-up status.

8. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly Advisor acquisition targets.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and newly on boarded Advisors.

10. Coordinate with the Team Leader to improve Advisor acquisition volume.

Working hours: 09:00AM - 06:00PM (Monday - Friday) / 09:00AM - 04:00PM (Saturday)

Working days: Monday to Saturday
