We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with students, and are passionate about helping individuals achieve their international education goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad programs, universities, and admission requirements.

• Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and universities.

• Guide students through the complete admission process, including application submission, documentation, and offer letter procedures.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Explain overseas education opportunities, visa processes, scholarships, and available services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance and support.

• Coordinate with the documentation and operations teams to ensure smooth application processing.

• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and provide regular follow-ups until admission completion.

• Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets while delivering an excellent counselling experience.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
