Job Description

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor – Sales to join our team at Trueknack. The role involves handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions. The position offers ₹20,000–₹25,000 in-hand salary + performance-based incentives with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student enquiries through calls and follow-ups.

• Understand students' requirements and provide suitable course guidance.

• Explain course details, benefits, fees, and admission process.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Convert leads and enquiries into successful admissions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales/admission targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Build positive relationships with students and parents.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer handling, or a related field preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic English and good Marathi communication required.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
