Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:
● Identify and connect with prospective students using available student data and references.
● Engage with potential learners through telephonic communication and provide detailed information about programs and offerings.
● Conduct counselling sessions to understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure effective conversion and relationship building.

Required Skills:
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
● Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
● 6–12 months of experience in telephonic counselling or tele sales.
● Prior experience in a BPO/Call center or sales environment will be preferred.

Job Details:
● Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
● Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
● Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
● Job Location - Netaji Shubash Palace, Pitampura
