We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at a Reputed Preschool. The role involves Education Counselling / EdTech / B2C Sales
The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting parents visiting the center, answering all their questions, and preparing them for admission
To achieve admission targets set on a monthly basis on time
Maintain a systematic record of all enquiries and leads in CRM tools.
Develop and implement marketing strategies such as advertising, event planning, and publicity in collaboration with the regional team and head office.
Collecting all inquiry data, sorting it, and organizing it according to the age of the children.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience in education and counselling. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
