Job Title: Admission Counselor (Telecaller)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Junior Admission Counselor

responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students, and assisting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students

• Handle inbound inquiries related to admissions

• Counsel students and guide them to suitable programs

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions

• Maintain student records in CRM

• Achieve calling and admission targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to convince and handle objections

• Comfortable with cold calling

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication in Hindi and/or English

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
