Position: Admission Counselor
Location: Mohali
Experience: 6 months – 6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their requirements, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve admission/enrollment and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the academic/admission team for smooth enrollment.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

• 6 months–6 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or BPO.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
