Job Title: Sales Associate cum Admission Counselor
Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Associate cum Admission Counselor to manage student inquiries, provide counseling, and convert leads into successful admissions. The role requires strong communication skills and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries
Counsel prospective students on courses, career paths, and admission process
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain and update lead database and admission records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and counseling
Ability to handle targets and pressure
Proficiency in MS Excel
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
