Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at Swastika Institute Of Higher Education & Technology. The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students about courses, eligibility, and the admission process. The candidate will handle inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries.

• Generate minimum 10 leads per day and maintain proper follow-ups.

• Convert leads into confirmed admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.

• Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth enrollment.

• Conduct telephonic counselling and online/offline counselling sessions.

• Provide complete information about university tie-ups, courses, and fee structure.

• Assist students with documentation and admission formalities.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle student queries and objections professionally.

• Strong follow-up and sales skills.

Eligibility

• Experience in education counselling / telecalling / sales preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
