అడ్మిషన్ కౌన్సెలర్

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for counselling prospective students, generating and converting leads, and achieving admission targets for our educational programmes.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Handle and convert student enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.

2. Conduct effective tele-counselling and career counselling for prospective students.

Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses/programmes.

3. Explain course curriculum, duration, certification, fees, career opportunities and programme benefits.

4. Follow up systematically with prospective students and parents to maximise conversions.

5. Generate leads through outbound calling, referrals, local outreach and other channels.

6. Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

7. Achieve monthly admission, conversion and revenue targets.

8. Track the complete admission funnel from Lead → Counselling → Follow-up → Admission → Fee Collection.

9. Handle objections related to course fees, career prospects, competition and programme value.

10. Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

11. Participate in local promotional activities, seminars, career counselling events and admission campaigns.

12. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and admission reports.

13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive student experience.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling educational courses/programmes, telesales and lead conversion, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
