Job Profile: Business Development Executive (BDE) As a BDE, you will be responsible for:
 Initiating calls to potential clients and following up on leads
 Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services
 Building strong relationships with prospects and converting leads
 Applying effective sales techniques to achieve set targets

Providing regular reports and analysis of sales performance Requirements:
 Strong communication skills
 A focused and dedicated approach

A willingness to learn and grow Shift & Work Details:
 Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM  Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) Compensation & Benefits:
 Fresher’s (Interns): ₹8,000/–₹10,000/ month (Stipend) + Unlimited Incentives
 Fresher’s (Full-Time): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on interview) + Unlimited Incentives
 Experienced (Ed-Tech BDEs): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on experience and interview)+ Unlimited Incentives

Rotational Week off: 1st and 3rd Saturday, when you achieve your 100% target.
