Educational Counselor – Online MBA.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Educational Counselor to help drive

enrollments for Online MBA programs. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy interacting with

students, converting leads into admissions, and contributing to the growth of an emerging education

venture.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding Online MBA programs through calls, emails, and virtual

meetings.

• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

• Manage student relationships from first contact through admission completion.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

• Conduct regular lead follow-ups and admission closures.

• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems.

• Provide excellent student support and guidance throughout the enrollment journey.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve admissions and student engagement processes.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Lead

Generation.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

• Self-motivated, sincere, and willing to thrive in a startup environment.

• Comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools.
