Handle student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, admission requirements, career prospects, and institutional benefits.
Assist students in selecting suitable courses/programs based on their interests and eligibility.
Manage the end-to-end admission process: applications, documentation, follow-ups, and enrollments.
Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission events/seminars.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners (schools, consultants, etc.).
Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the institution.
Stay updated with academic programs, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
