Executive - VKYC (Video KYC)
We're looking for Customer Service Executives to handle incoming calls for Video KYC, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for Video KYC
- Assist customers in completing Video KYC process
- Respond to customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1+ year of experience in telesales, telebanking, fintech, or similar field
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages a plus)
- Any graduation degree
