Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing course information, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents regarding career options and suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain student database and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the academic team for admission-related activities.
Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to counsel and guide students.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong follow-up and sales skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification:

Graduate in any field (preferred).
