📌 Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with potential students/clients, explain our training programs/services, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries from prospective students/customers

• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and offers clearly

• Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records

• Convert inquiries into enrollments/sales

• Maintain database of prospects and update CRM or Excel sheets regularly

• Handle objections professionally and close deals

• Coordinate with the training/admin team for admissions and batch details

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

• Provide basic counseling and guidance regarding courses

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum HSC / Graduate (any stream)

• 0–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / education counseling (freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets)

• Positive attitude, convincing ability & goal-oriented mindset
