Job description:
Job Title: Admission Counselor
Only female candidates can apply
Reporting to: Center Manager/Center Head
Purpose of Job:
To create and deliver an enriching educational experience for preschool children, ensuring their cognitive, social, and emotional development in a nurturing environment.
To provide counseling support and guidance to students and parents to address developmental, behavioral, or emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Admission Counselor
· Initiate daily outbound calls to inquiries/leads.
· Verify child’s age and eligibility for admission.
· Understand parent's requirements (Preschool/Daycare/Transport/Timings).
· Explain curriculum, teaching methods, and facilities.
· Provide fee structure and admission process clearly.
· Follow up with interested parents regularly.
· Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone.
Requirements:
· Educational Qualifications:
· Degree-level Qualification .
Experience: 0-2 years
Counselor: Strong communication skills and experience in admissions counseling is a plus.
