Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counselor located in Bengaluru. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about programs, and assisting with applications. Daily tasks include communicating with students and parents, assessing student qualifications, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records. The Admission Counselor will also participate in recruitment events and collaborate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales experience
Knowledge and experience in Education
Adept at assessing student qualifications and conducting interviews
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
