Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Academic Counselor who will be responsible for initial interaction with leads and collecting basic qualification details. The role focuses on understanding student background and filtering leads before assigning them to senior counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new leads and attend inbound inquiries

Collect basic student details such as:

Education qualification

Course interest

Location

Budget

Career goals

Verify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria

Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel

Share qualified leads with the counseling team

Follow up for incomplete information if required

Ensure proper data entry and lead tracking
