Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and tech-savvy Admission Counsellor to help individuals navigate their career growth paths by choosing the right upskilling programs – from IT certifications. The ideal candidate will guide freshers into the IT industry and working professionals into leadership roles .

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with prospective students (fresh graduates and corporate professionals) to understand their career goals and suggest suitable training or MBA programs.

• Counsel candidates on available IT technical courses (e.g., DBA, Middleware, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital Marketing)

• Conduct one-on-one sessions, webinars, and virtual orientations to explain program benefits, career outcomes, and admissions processes.

• Support candidates through the enrollment lifecycle – from enquiry to admission and onboarding.

• Maintain follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp for leads, counseling sessions, and documentation.

• Coordinate with academic teams, trainers, and university representatives as needed.

• Update CRM and prepare reports on counseling metrics and conversion rates.

• Stay informed about current job trends in IT and management sectors to provide relevant guidance.
