We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and enroll learners into our Skilled Programs. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right upskilling courses through consultative selling.
Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website, and referrals
Counsel students on Skilled / Career Programs (short-term & long-term courses)
Understand learner needs, career goals, and recommend suitable programs
Explain course features, career benefits, fee structure, and payment plans
Handle the complete sales cycle: Lead → Counseling → Follow-up → Enrollment
Maintain strong follow-up via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM
