This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

The candidate should bring min 1yr of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Kannada. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
