We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to bring their Education expertise to our team at Microdegree Education Private Limited in Bangalore, Jayanagar. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring min 1yr of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Kannada. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
