We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Shard Centre For Innovations.. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Conduct counseling sessions, both in person and online.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
