We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Shard Centre For Innovations. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Build and Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Conduct counselling sessions, both in person and online.
Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent verbal communication, strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills. Target - oriented approach with the ability to convert leads into admissions. Good interpersonal and relationship management skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
