Job Description – Admissions Counselor

Reporting To: Centre Head

Department: Sales | Employment: Full-Time

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Locations: Mohali, Chandigarh | Eligibility: Within 50 km radius

Role Summary:

Counsel students and parents, guide them through the admission process, convert leads into enrolments, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and drive admissions

Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups

Maintain CRM/ERP data and manage admission processes

Provide accurate program information to students and parents

Support centre administration and counselling activities

Participate in trainings and follow all process guidelines

Performance Metrics:

Admission conversions

Revenue/target achievement

Lead follow-up efficiency & student satisfaction

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, persuasion, and telephone etiquette

Rapport-building and customer service skills

Basic MS Office and internet research

Energetic, confident, adaptable, and target-driven
