Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and academic programs
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins for student inquiries
Guide students through the admission process and assist with documentation
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or programs
Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, faculty, operations)
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and career counselling sessions
