Job Role:

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating leads, connecting with clients, and increasing company sales by promoting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential clients

• Contact customers through calls, emails, and chats

• Explain company services to clients

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Follow up with leads for sales conversion

• Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Generate leads through social media and online platforms

• Maintain good client relationships

• Coordinate with the sales team and management

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Strong convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Basic/Intermediate English speaking skills

• Sales and lead generation skills

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Age: 18–30 years
