Role Description:

As an Academic Counsellor you will be responsible for guiding prospective and students in making informed educational and career decisions. The role involves understanding student needs, recommending suitable programs we are offering.

You will be trained on offered programs, counselling skills, and Lead management systems. Mode of Counselling could be via the phone calls and in person.

Skills Required:

MS Excel
Good Communication- Hindi, English

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents via phone and in person
Explain program details, career outcomes, and admission process
Manage and follow up leads using CRM/lead management systems
Convert qualified leads into enrollments and meet targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and admissions
