Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students and parents about FPA EduTech’s courses, certifications, and
career outcomes.
• Make daily outbound calls to engage and inform potential students.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversions.
• Assist students through the complete enrollment process, from counseling to
registration.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate from any discipline.
• Fluency in Gujarati (mandatory) and proficiency in English/Hindi.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, academic counselling, or lead
management (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
