Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.

• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.

• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.

• Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee collection.

• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a seamless admission experience.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.

• Ensure a positive and professional counselling experience for every student.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).

• 2–6 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or a similar role.

• Experience in EdTech, educational institutions, coaching institutes, or universities will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
