The role involves understanding student needs, providing personalized counselling on courses and colleges, assisting in admission procedures, following up with leads, and converting them into successful admissions while maintaining strong communication with students and parents. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a professional approach, and a result-oriented mindset with a focus on lead conversion. Graduation is required, and prior experience in education counselling or sales will be preferred. This is a full-time role offering a fixed salary with incentives, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
