Watch Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Technician to join our team Dozen 7 to diagnose, repair, service, and maintain watches while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in watch mechanisms, battery replacement, strap adjustments, and general watch servicing.

Key Responsibilities

1)Diagnose and repair quartz, analog, digital, and automatic watches.

2)Perform battery replacements, strap resizing, bracelet adjustments, and minor repairs.

3)Conduct preventive maintenance and complete watch servicing as per brand guidelines.

4)Inspect watches for defects and ensure quality standards before delivery.
5)Maintain service records and repair documentation accurately.
6)Handle customer queries related to watch repairs and servicing.
7)Ensure proper use and maintenance of repair tools and equipment.
8)Maintain inventory of spare parts, batteries, straps, and accessories.
9)Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Required Qualifications

1)ITI/Diploma/Certification in Watch Repair, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2)1–5 years of experience in watch repair and servicing (preferred).
3)Freshers with relevant training may also apply.

Skills Required
1)Knowledge of watch movements (Quartz, Automatic, Mechanical).
2)Ability to use watch repair tools and testing equipment.
3)Strong attention to detail and precision.
