We are looking for a skilled TV Technician responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of LED/LCD/Smart TVs at customer locations. The technician should be technically sound, customer-friendly, and able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install and set up LED, LCD, Smart TVs and related equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot TV-related issues such as display, sound, power, motherboard, software, and connectivity problems.
Perform repair and replacement of defective components as required.
Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Attend customer service requests and close complaints within the given TAT.
Explain technical issues and usage instructions to customers in a professional manner.
Handle tools, testing equipment, spare parts, and company assets responsibly.
Maintain proper records of service visits, repairs, replaced parts, and customer feedback.
Escalate major or unresolved technical issues to the Team Leader/Service Manager.
Follow company safety procedures and service standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional behaviour at customer premises.
