1.     Technicians Trainees

·       Position : Trainees

·       Qualification : ITI / Dip / 12

·       Age : 18

·       Job Description :

1.         To do the Blade manufacturing activities as per the shift schedule.

2.        Awareness about production process.

3.        To ensure that the production activities are done as per the working instructions.

4.        Maintain & practice good housekeeping  5S.

5.        Practice safe working procedure.

2.     Technicians – Production

·       Position : Production Technicians (Salary and JD & KPI will vary as per their skill and experience)

·       Qualification : ITI / Dip / 12

·       Exp : More than  2 years

·       Job Description :

1.     To do the Blade manufacturing activities as per the shift schedule.

2.     Awareness about production process.

3.     To ensure that the production activities are done as per the working instructions.

4.     Maintain & practice good housekeeping  5S.

5.     Practice safe working procedure.

6.     To guarantee to engineer that the activities are documented correctly.

7.     Ensure timely production.

8.     Practice safe working procedure.

9.     Make sure that the consumption of materials are as per BOM.

10.   Proper usage and handling of production tools, fixtures and equipments.

3.     Engineer – Production / Process

·        Position : Production Engineer

·       Qualification :  Dip / Deg – Mechanical / Polymer / Chemical

·       Exp :  3 – 5  years

·       Job Description :

1.               To manage activities as per production and material plan to meet the agreed deliveries with right quality product

2.               Total awareness of production process

3.               To interact with Quality with regard to the process, aiming at continual improvement.

4.               To ensure that the product manufactured meets the specified quality standard

5.               To ensure that the activities are documented correctly and updating the entries in SAP

6.               Maintain good house keeping – 5S

7.               To ensure timely production & dispatches

8.               To ensure safe work practices

9.               Identify and give training to technicians when ever required.

10.            To ensure availability of raw materials & tools in work place.

11.            To prepare variance report against the BOM and analyze.

12.            To continually work towards cost reduction of consumables.

13.            Ensure maintenance and up keep of tools, fixtures and equipment.

• It is a Full Time సాంకేతిక నిపుణుడు job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
