Job Opening: Sr. Technician – Solar O&M

📍 Location: Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh
💼 Nature of Job: Permanent
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month + PF / ESI

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical

Experience:

2–3 years of experience in solar installation, commissioning, or maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

Installation & commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
Wiring & connections of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers
Routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting
Supervision of junior technicians/helpers at site
Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards
Daily work reporting and coordination with Project Manager
Providing basic operational guidance to clients

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring
Ability to read circuit diagrams and drawings
Good communication and teamwork skills
