Job వివరణ

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Senior Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling field-level operations, supervising technicians, and ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Install and commission rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.

 Perform wiring and electrical connections for solar panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.

 Ensure installations are executed as per approved design specifications and industry standards.

 Carry out routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of installed systems.  Supervise and guide junior technicians and helpers at site.

 Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

 Prepare daily work reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.

 Provide basic operational training and guidance to client’s post-installation
