We are looking for motivated and hands-on Service Engineers to join our Railway Projects & Field Support Team. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems used in railway applications such as IPIS System, Public Address Systems (PA), Passenger Information Systems (PIS), CCTV, and Display Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of electronic systems at railway stations, coaches, and yards
Conduct routine maintenance and health checks of deployed systems
Troubleshoot and repair hardware faults, wiring issues, and system errors
Coordinate with the project and technical teams for issue resolution and escalations
Prepare and maintain service reports, installation checklists, and maintenance logs
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and railway compliance standards
Provide customer training and support on basic system operation
Travel to client locations or railway sites as per schedule or emergency calls
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools for field operations
